Can't access the Unity version 5.0 System Admin Page

Randomly we can't access Unity admin page. Restarting IIS service fixes the issue. The only document I was able to find is Failure to Access the Unity System Admin Page

which is provided for Unity 4.x and does not offer a permanent solution.


Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

There are a few fixes in 5.0, make sure you patch the latest ES -

You're most likely hitting this defect.

Thanks for the info.


This bug is for 4.2.1 and we are running on 5.0.1 and always able to restart IIS.


We will apply the latest ES.
