Hi,

I want to config the user with specific rights & privilges

I tried config in Sub user group & tried giving the roles, but then all rights are assigned to these users. But i need these user with limited access for writing & with Read only rights.Could you suggest how to customize the options with specific rights.

CUCM used is 7.1

You're on the right track, you need to create specific roles and then add them to user groups. Then start adding users.

If you add some of the ones predefined you'll get a lot of other permissions so you can create your own from scratch
