Help with router specification

Is there anybody out there that can tell me if this 2621xm has enough memory for me to upgrade it to 12.4 and it looks sound as a ccnp router. Here is the sh ver.... Thanks,

I don't think so. You need at least 128k DRAM for the basic 12.4T IOS.

The 12.4 IP Base IOS image can run with 64MB DRAM.

This should provide the majority of features needed for the CCNP exams.
