Can you use FlashHook when using SNR or CallFwdAll

We have a feature from our telco called Call Transfer. If you flash the line you will get a dial tone, then you can dial a #, flash the line again and then hang up. This allows you to transfer your caller to a third party without tying up 2 phone lines. If we could incorporate that in to our SNR or Call Forward All, this would free up our company phone lines. The feature works when I just use the Flash soft button on the phone, but I need to find a way to program the flash in to our dialing. Is there a way to do that?

The hook-flash feature only works by manually hitting the Flash softkey. The functionality cannot be auto-invoked by the system.
