Cannot Access CUE GUI

I am sure this is a basic, elementary networking issue but I cannot get my head wrapped around the problem. My network is 10.0.0.0 Netmask 255.255.255.0

The UC-520 is 10.0.0.2.  The phones are 10.1.1.0 Netmask 255.255.255.0. I can access the CCME at 10.0.0.2/ccme.htm; I get a web access to the router at 10.1.1.1 but I cannot ping nor access the CUE GUI at 10.1.10.1.

What do I need to do to gain access to the CUE GUI?

Thanks

Robert

Do you have multiple NIC's enabled?  If not, can you post your config?  Remember to remove the passwords.

I do not have multiple NICs I have attached the config.

Thanks

Your computers default gateway is 10.0.0.1.

From your computer to access 10.1.1.1 or 10.1.10.2, routes need to be added on 10.0.0.1 to point to 10.0.0.2 to go to those networks.

Or, on your computer, you could add the routes.

route add from a command prompt would do it.  But for everyone, it is probably easier to add the routes on the 10.0.0.1 router.

Steve you are the bomb!

I added a route and all is well, thanks for not pointing out that I should have learned this in Networking 101 (problem is I took that about 30 years ago).

Thanks again,

Robert
