GE link bundling support in 12406 router

Hi,

I've been trying to configure Gigabit EtherChannel in the 12406 with a 12000-SIP-501 and SPA-5X1GE-V2 cards and it seems this is not supported.

However I haven't been able to find any document stating so.

Does anybody know if this is supposed to work or if this is a HW/SW limitation?

Hello Juan,

in IOS XR this is possible but I agree that doesn't look like to be supported in standard IOS.

However, I would use two parallel L3 links instead.

in IOS SPA config guide etherchannel is not listed among supported features
