Hi!


Are you using Unity or Unity Express? In case you use CUE, please refer to the document below and check your configuration:

Make sure you don't have a duplicated dial-peer with the same destination-pattern for the voicemail pilot number and verify that

the timeout for the CFNA on the phones is not equal to the hunt group timeout. The timeout for the CFNA should be greater than

the hunt group timeout.
