Backup LMS Files

We are getting while taking backup of LMS files using Backup utility, please guide how to get the detail of these files:

You should not be using a third party utility to backup LMS data. Instead, use the built-in backup under Common Services > Server > Admin > Backup. The file system backup can still be used to backup the application components. In that case, just ignore the NMSROOT/databases directory.

You should not be using a third party utility to backup LMS data. Instead, use the built-in backup under Common Services > Server > Admin > Backup. The file system backup can still be used to backup the application components. In that case, just ignore the NMSROOT/databases directory.

Thanks for your reply. What if I have to take the backup of all events of all modules.

That's fine. You can simply ignore these messages as if there was a disaster, you could restore from the file system backup, then restore the LMS data backup taken with the built-in backup utility.

Thank you for your quick response. My question is that the suggested utility would backup both configuration and events/alerts?
