GRE tunnel in cisco router

Sir,

i recently configured GRE TUNNEL between my router and my remote side router.Whenever im pinging from my router to remote side router subnet(Lan),it is pinging but as per my lan pc's it is not pinging.Kindly tell me what may be the problem.

Hi,

It could many thing. For each side can you check the following:

1- PC can ping its local router

2- PC is using its local router as a default gw

3- Local router has a route in his RIB (static or dynamic) to join the remote LAN via the tunnel.

Hi,

Your config looks good but you need to check the configuration on the other side of the tunnel as well to be sure the routes are well configured as well.

Also be sure your PC use these routers as their Gw.
