upload ios to cisco 2611xm

Hello,

i am interresting how to upload cisco 2611xm ios with requirements 256/64 Mb flash if the limit of cisco 2611xm is 254/32 Mb

You have enough DRAM but not enough flash space to store the newer IOS . A lot of the newer 12.4 releases are bigger than 32 meg in size thus the requirement for 64 meg of flash. You would need to upgrade flash to a bigger size.

The maximum for 2611XM is 256/48.

Edit: I'm not sure why the only IOS below needs 256/64. It might be wrong on the download page or the documents I provided are out of date. (grin)

You will be fine with 256/48 if you are not a fan of IPIP GW. (J/K)

If what you are saying is true then those "T" train images probably should not be under 2611XM . All the 2600XM boxes run the same images and say something like a 2651XM may have enough to run those . My advice would be to run a just the 12.4 mainline image in which case you have enough dram and flash for any image in the mainline train.
