Prompt not working

I have this script pretty much working but it doesnt play the prompt in the menu triggering contact. It skips the message and waits for the input so the it semi works. Any help would be appreciated. What I am trying to accomplish is that I what to play a message please press 1 to leave a vm and if the caller doesnt press a number in stays in the queue.

very likely you have the prompt recorded not to ccit ulaw mono etc the required cisco format. It has to be that format else it will not play.

try loading one of the working prompts or wav file or try the attached one

I have tried another prompt and it still didnt work.

I looked at your script. Please ensure You have uploaded your prompt to appadmin prompts directory and must use that path for playing your prompt.
