Change CCX IP Address - 7.0.1

I have to change CCX IP, I know this can be done from :

Start > Programs > IPCC/CCX > Serviceability tool

did anyone of you have a problem with that or everything was fine, if you had a problem, what did you done to fix.

Philippe,

You should not run into any problems if you have your server names and addressing all proper. Make sure your scripts and other services refering to this does not use static IP rahter use the box name.

Hope fully you have accomplished this task by know, how did it go?

Eveything was fine.

At first, As we also change CCM IP. I wasn't able to login to CCX because it wasn't able to fine AXL web service on CCM.

I just went at the same place in

Start > Programs > IPCC/CCX > Serviceability tool

under CUCM and I change all the info

in programfiles / desktop / bin / postinstall.exe

We need to change the IP of CCX at this place and ( file reset all client ) so next time you download the CAD from CCX it will have the new ip
