Can't dial extension number after establish connection to outside number.

Hi,

I set up a SAP9000 with two VOIP, one for local calls an another for international calls. All calls are require to dial 9 to get an outside tone. Outside calls are place with no problems exept this: if  the auto atendant at the the receiving end request to dial an extencion number, when i dial it is no key tones.

Any ideas?

Dear Sir;


This looks like a DTMF issue. Go to each IP phone and set the [Ext n] DTMF Tx Method to Inband+Auto. This may solve your issue.
