yes u will get lot of option to transfer the call to another extension,


1. If user want to transfer the call to another person extension, user can use his softkeys on his phone.


2. If all the incoming calls you need to transfer to another extension, you need to create a translation pattern in the call manager.

you can click forward all number and enter the number in the ip phone configuration menu in the call manager.

If you're looking to transfer a ringing call to another extension without answering the call I'm afraid that I don't think there's a way to do it with the standard CUCM features.


The closest feature would be iDivert which transfers the ringing call to voicemail.
