why user cant join the ap

now,when we use the wlc controll all the ap.sometimes,one ap can't accept any wireless user join it.so,we must reset the ap on the wlc.

why???

Have you checked the logs to see if the AP is failing..? What light are on the AP? Also are you running more than 1 controller, if so are the SSIDs config properly.

I recently had an issue where 1 controller had an SSID PSK that was off and the APs joined to that controller wouldnt join that SSID.

in our company.only 1 controller.manage 1120/1130/1230 serial ap.

now,all lwap can join the controller,and user can join all the ap.but sometimes,one ap cant work right,because user cant join it.so ,we must reset the ap.after reset ap,user can join it.why
