IP Communicator - Services and Directory Not Showing

Hi,

I've got IP Communicator(softphone) working in a CUCM 7.1(2a)SU1 environment. Services such as Extension Mobility and Directories are working for all 79XX desk models but I get a "host not found" when I access them on the IP Comm client. I have firewall, AV etc off. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks C

Regarding directory issue: At the CallManager you need to go to device ---> phone and select your IP communicator phone, look for Cisco IP Phone - External Data Locations and at Directory paste the directories URL so the phone is able to access it. Also restart IP communicator after changes are done.
