I am getting this message...

Please help me understand this and how to fix this error.

These are almost common messages, should be just cosmetic, either live with that or upgrade both hub and spokes in the hope it's resolved in another image.

The thing is you get a lot of these messages which fills up your syslog.
I found that newest T train image for the 1841 fixes this problem. Hopefully the newest 12.4 image for your platform fixes the problem as well.

I am not really a network guy and don't know how to find the device.How can I find it? Are you talking about of firmware update?

This is an IOS upgrade.
Please clarify what you are referring to regarding which device the messages are coming from. They should be coming from the router you are connected to. You do not have to find another device that is causing these errors.
