Yes,
You can definitely configure WCCP on the 6500 with the SUP720 running SXH. The wccp global server needs to be configured on the router and then you need to configure redirection on an interfaces. However, most of the WCCP configurations are controlled by the WCCP client, in your case the websense server. Unfortunately I don't have a websence configuration for you, but I've put the 6500 info below.

However, some rules of thumb to keep your processing of traffic in hardware on the 6500 are as follows..
- Both GRE and L2 redirect are supported
- Use Mask assign.
- Use Redirect-in on your interfaces.
So on the 6500, you will be configuring you global wccp service:
ip wccp web-cache
and on the appropriate interfaces, you will configure the interception:
(config-if)# ip wccp web-cache redirect in
