Call Manager 6.1 login/logout problem

we have some problems with out call manager. we are using call manager 6.1. sometimes users can not log into the phones. after entering the user ID and passwords, it doesn't load the profile. it goes back to the original screen. restarting the services and restarting the servers from the admin page doesn't help. but if we manually switch the server OFF and then on again, it works fine. this problem has been happening for the past 12 months.

is there a solution to this?

How many servers?

Which exact version?

For how long it works before it stop working

How many users for EM?

I will gather all details and open a TAC case

we have two MCS7825H3-K9-CMB1

servers (Publisher and Subscriber). System version: it can work for a three weeks. sometimes it can take a month but not more than a month. there are currently 153 users.

I would go to 6.1.4 it may be a known issue already
