we have some problems with out call manager. we are using call manager 6.1. sometimes users can not log into the phones. after entering the user ID and passwords, it doesn't load the profile. it goes back to the original screen. restarting the services and restarting the servers from the admin page doesn't help. but if we manually switch the server OFF and then on again, it works fine. this problem has been happening for the past 12 months.
is there a solution to this?
