Router - 1811
I just do not know where I should begin to check. Our internet speed seems to be slow today, and I see a higher usage of CPU and memory.
CPU - 24%
Memory - 81% (available 38MB)
Are these still acceptable range?
Thank you.

What's your Internet link usage look like while Internet speed is slow?
PS:
"CPU - 24%

Not awful, especially CPU.
BTW, what you're route statement for outbound?
Something like?
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 #.#.#.#
=or=
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 interface#
NB: if the latter, you should determine if you can use the former.

Thank you very much for your reply. The speed test I used was http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest
Our plan is 5/5, but it is 1.5~2.5/1.5~2.5 today. Number of host are around 70.
As you assumed, ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 interface# seems to be what we have.
I am sorry, but I cannot use the command line well. Am I looking at the correct page?

Our interface0 has a static IP from the ISP.

The speakeasy test would compete with other traffic using the link, so assuming you did the test while any of the other 70 hosts were active, it's not surprising bandwidth would be less than you purchased.
Yes, you're looking in the correct place. If your ISP provided a static IP, they should also be able to provide a static gateway address. If you can get that, using it can be much more efficient on the router.

Thank you for your reply. I will change interface to the static IP next morning before our staff comes.

Your advice solved our issue. Right after I entered replace with a static gateway address, memory usage fell down from 82& to 17%.
Thank you very much!!!
