Problem with video advantage and CallManager Express

I have CallManager Express 7.0, IP phone 7960,7940 and Video Advantage 2.1.

When I run Video Advantage, I get a message "Cisco Unified Video Advantage is not connected to any phone"

I have already enable video option in telephony service module and in the phones.

When I use IP communicatorthere is no problem.

What could it be the reason of the message?

I have this problem too.
