cannot display certain router types for inside CiscoView

The issue is we cannot display certain router types for inside CiscoView although we have the device packets installed on the application.

So far we have issues with 3800 family and 7200 family. We get the following error and no response

No images in Software Repository are supported by DBI. See online help for image types supported by DBI. The packages have alreay been reinstalled without success.

This is regarding CiscoWorks LMS 2.6

This error doesn't sound like a CiscoView error. Post a screenshot showing what you are doing, and exactly what error you receive.
