2 Questions
1- How do I reset a phone,
2 - A headset was plugged into the phone now after unplugging the head set the headset option will not go away.
Any help would be great

1. Go to settings > first option (I believe it's phone settings > **2
2. Looks like a software problem not releasing headset mode, try to turn it off/on
