Can, has anyone installed a cluster with mixed MCS server 7835 and 7845 etc. We are looking at this arrangement to increase the CTI connections which the 7845 will give us. Does replication became an issue due to the difference size of server, if you also use the 67845 for CTI , TFTP, MOH is replication an issue still?
thanks

Hi IPT,
We have sucessfully used a cluster built with a mix of 7835's and 7845's without any replications issues. If you use a ton of MOH resources a separate MOH server is recommended :)
Cheers!

As Rob stated, yes it is possible to mix and match, but only with 7825's and up. This is documented in the CUCM 7.0 SRND.
