Presence Web Service Error logon failure

Hi

I have set up the Developer Reference Application for Presence Web Service.

I have users and an application user set up as instructed, however I cannot log in via the web service I keep getting a ERROR :Logon Failure when I enter a username and click login.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

Are you able to log on to the user option page? (http://cups/ccmuser)

Yes all of the users can log into the ccmuser option page.

I can use Cisco Unified Personal Communicator to connect to presence no problem. It's only when I try to log in through the Presence Web Service page that I get a logon failed error.
