ccm 5.1 integration with Philips PBX-call priority issue

I have integrated ccm 5.1 with Philips PBX .In CCM,we have some users who are using CIPC and they have phones with same extension in Philips PBX when i am calling them from another site which is registered to ccm ,call will go to CIPC Phone only.if the cipc is not registered ,then caller will get busy not passing to Phones whch are in PBX,even if the extension is same.

Is there any option to solve this issue.

I have this problem too.

Experiment with call fowarding on the CIPC device. Set the CIPC devices call fowarding when unregistered to send the call to the Philips PBX using a calling search space that has the Philips PBX route pattern partition but not the CIPC DNs partition.
