Hello,
I have a customer with more than 100 phones working right, however they have 2 7985 phones that cannot call to external locations through their H323 GW.
At the beggining I thought the problem was the "bearer cap speech" because it was not configured, but I did it and still it doesn't work, I restarted the port and then the GW without any luck. I was searching at the CCM SDI traces and I found these messages that I'm attaching. Anyone does know what can be happening? Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance,

Are you using ISDN ? If so take "debug isdn q931" with "term mon".

Yes I'm using ISDN, and the message at the GW is "requested circuit/channel unavailable" although it's a free channel
I also have seen that if you forward all calls from that phone to an external number, it will work, but not for direct calls.
Here I am posting a part of the configuration, maybe it'll give you more idea about the problem:
controller E1 0/1/0
pri-group timeslots 1-30
