Problem with Upgrade de 6.1.3 to 7.1.2

When making Upgrade of version 6.1.3 to the 7.1.2, I cannot accede now to the CCUM via WEB,

but by SSH.

Here attached the services seen via SSH that estan active and service TOMCAT this STARTING.

Some suggestion that helps to solve this me.

It says tomcat is starting above. You may want to simply wait, or at the CLI restart the TomCat server. Still nothing, restart the node and wait it out.
