Time limit restrictions for IP phones

No, we only provide a service parameter but it's clusterwide.

This would require developing an application that could communicate to a DB in order to time the calls and then send the signaling to CUCM to finish the call. You would need to reach a professional to create all this or try with Cisco Developer Services.
