I am now running LMS 3.2 and I can't get email notification to run to send me an alert nor when I run custom reports.
Another issue is with contract connection it gives me an error. I still have my old ciscoworks server up with LMS 3.1 and it is running fine with out issues.

This error is coming from the SMTP server, and it means the server is not configured to allow relaying from the LMS server. Contact your SMTP admin, and they should be able to fi this for you.

Understand but what if it is currently working without issues on my old Ciscoworks server with LMS 3.1?

Maybe the old server (LMS 3.1) is on the SMTP server's relay white-list.
