Convert MGCP to SCCP

Is there an article explaining this anywhere. I have a 7940 with firmware P0M3-06-03-T3 and i cannot get it to load the sccp firmware. Perhaps i don't know which version of sccp software to use?

Used the matrix and it says TFTP timeout with a little 'O' and 'A'.

I can't use any of the buttons to change the ftp server?
