Static NAT with subnet range

Unanswered Question

I configured identity static nat on ASA specifying a range of IP I.E. "static (inside, outside) netmask My external users are unable to access the inside WEB server now. Do I need one to one static NAT instead of specifying a range? My WEB server is and they cannot connect to it.

I have this problem too.
