web vpn on Concentrator 3000

We have activated ssl vpn on our vpn concentrator 3000 running with 4.72 version .The configuration has been done as described in the cisco website, however we are facing the following problems....

ON THE VPN CLIENT : Here we see that the client throws up this error " An error has been found on the VPN server certificate: The server has a common name that doesnot match with the server name " Here the CN points to the natted ip of the vpn concentrator and the "issued from" and "issued to" parameters both point to the same natted ip of the concentrator . what could be the cause of this problem?

ON THE CONCENTRATOR : We see the establishment of the session, the session doesnot get an ip address associated with it. Upon checking, the dhcp pool ip range associated with the group is working when we use the same group for c2s vpn. how is the session getting established, if it is then why is it not accepting the ip range from the preconfigured dhcp pool and if it is why is it throwing up the certificate error at the client end?

ON THE PIX : What are the protocols that need to be permitted to enable webvpn. We have permitted udp 80,443, and have allowed esp and ah in the acl, however unless we give permit ip any any we are not able to reach the concentrator.
