Unable to add JTAPI triggers in CRS

When I try to add a new Jtapi Trigger on the CRA, I have this :"*Could not update the user on the CallManager."

IPCC Express premium 4.0, CCM 4.2

I cannot find anything relating to this issue, other triggers have previously been added and working fine.Anybody had this issue and found a solution ?

I have this problem too.
