I upgraded my RME from 4.3 to 4.3.1 which broke functions in Device Center (CSCtc21648, is it possible to downgrade back to 4.3 or does anyone know the workaround?

You cannot downgrade, but there is a workaround. It involves direct database interaction, so you will need to contact TAC to get the procedure.
