Outlook Plugin (Office 2003) 'serious problem'

Our VP of IT just received this message in his outlook:

Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'ironport outlook' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in? (yes) (no)

Anyone see this before? What do you do to fix it?

We plan on rolling this plugin out company wide by December 1st. We cannot have this issue.

I have this problem too.
