Solved: CUC7.1.3 - "Accept and replay the message" fail

Hi,

My goal is copy the voice .wav file into my outlook inbox.

1. configure smart host to my Exchange IP address=10.1.1.1

2. select user > message action > voice=accept and relay the message

3. Relay address=10.1.1.1 ->I always got a message "Relay Address contains invalid characters."

Q1) why I always get error message when I put the realy address?

Q2) how to setup this via "ciscopca"?

The relay address should be the recipient email address where the message is to be delivered, e.g. email@address.com. It will then attempt to deliver to that address using the configured smart host address (under System Settings > SMTP Configuration > Smart Host)

This feature should able to update by individual user but I cannout find out to configure via "ciscopca".

you will probably have to use DNS, maybe this is why its not working.
