7921 and 7925 Connection Failed

All of a sudden both my 7921 and 7925 phones show Warning (top left) , Connection Failed (middle), and Timeout (bottom left) on the screen.  The phones work and are connected otherwise, so I can't figure out why this message is coming up.  I've had the phone for a while and they have never done this.  As well, I just got a 521 AP and they were not doing it with this AP as well ( I started with the integrate AP on the UC520).  I thinking I might have made some change to the 521 AP that could have caused this but I can't figure out what it could be. 

To get out of this message I just hit Exit and it brings me back to the main screen.  If I leave it for 5 seconds or so it goes back to this message.  Any thoughts?

Are the phone profiles set to register with the integrated Wifi of the UC500 or the AP?

Are they different SSID names? 

Did you disable UC500 Integrated WiFi when you added AP521?
