I have some problems with two ip phones for operator which represented in disaapearing transfer softkey with incoming calls when we received more than four calls on hold at the same time . We have call manager ver 6.0.1.3000 and the two IP Phones model are 7965 and they are configured maximum number of calls = 6, Busy Trigger = 6 and " Auto Line Select " is disable . I hope to help me in this issue .

Hi Ashraf,
This is not unusual with "shared lines". I would set the Max Calls on both phones to 8 or 10 to resolve this issue.
