No inventory collection from some devices

I am very new to Cisco Works and am having a problem with device inventory collection.

I am using LMS 3.0 with RME 4.2.0. I have devices that are working with config archive but do not work with inventory collection.

One of the device I am trying to get the inventory from is 10.100.60.114

The device credentials are correct as I can get a config archive from this device.

The job fails and I get the message "Device Collection Failed"

I have attached a IC_Server.log and a show tech from the device.

Any help would be very appreciated.

This looks like a known bug which is fixed in LMS 3.2. What version of code is this switch running?

It's a 6513 with a VS-S720-10G running 12.2(17r)SX5.

This is a known bug (CSCsx58694). A patch is available from TAC, but the preferred solution is to upgrade to LMS 3.2.
