Unacceptable Customer abandoned in dialer report

Dear Sir,

we have ICM 7.2.7 with Outbound option. in the campaign general tab we put Abandoned call wait limit to 0 (means that we disable this function) but we have in the report of the dialers values in Customer abandoned field. another thing that the total number of calls that hit the routing script is equal to the voice calls not the customer abandoned

I have this problem too.
