The Cisco 7609 can't display the running-configuration

I haver Cisco 7609 with sup720. Today, I find it can't display the running-configuration, when I execute the "show run" command ,it stop there about 10 minutes,and responds with "Unable to get configuration. Try again later."

Any help?

this can be related to a SW bug.


I remember other threads about this.


can you enter config mode?


I would consider upgrading IOS image


to 12.2(33)SRD2
