Cisco 3550 Ethernet Port Up/Down

Does any one knows why the cisco 3550's ethernet ports keepts going up and down?

Here is a copy of the running log.

have you tried to set speed and duplex?

we had a similar issue with C2950.

Hello, here is a copy of int status. Even after running the command speed auto and duplex auto, I still see the difference in port configuration.

If you move this to a different switch do you get the same response? From my experience, the host OS could be unstable, keeps on rebooting, faulty cabling (patch and horizontal). Duplex mismatch is also another.
