Forward external number to Call Manager

I have a voice gateway with a voice T1 circuit from a provider. I use dial peers to forward numbers to the call manager. I try to forward a specific number to a CTI route point but there is just silence on the line. It works if i use the operator hunt pilot number

I have this problem too.

Can you dial the CTI RP internally? Check the codec being used. Default for a voip dial peer is g.729. Make sure that the dial peer and the terminating device are using the same codec or you have a transcoder in place to handle the conversion.
