Cucimoc error while dialing out

Hi ,

Iam getting an error message "A problem has occurred with the JTAPI software library that controls your desktop phone

error 194" while placing a call from the Cucimoc client installed on Win XP .

Iam able to place a call via the dialpad on cucimoc application but when I right click on the user in the contact list place a call option I get the above error message.

Any suggestions as to what needs to be checked in this case.Attached the error message for reference as well.

Hi have you had a breakthrough with this error, one of my colleagues had the same issue on a Windows 7 PC?

Hi Kim,

Thats correct Iam getting this error message on a Win 7 as well as Win XP laptop...No breakthrough as of yet...Will keep you posted since Iam trying to figure out the RCA for this.
