Currently my customer is running Symantec Anti Virus version 8 on Cisco Call Manager version 4.1.7. He wants to upgrade to Symantec Anti Virus version 10.
Is there any "catches" / "traps" in doing this or is it pretty straight-forward?

Sorry for the typo. I meant to say Cisco Call Manager version 4.1.3 - not 4.1.7.
