I need to configure the Idle Display for CCM 7. and to configure it I should put XML file in a web server and point the URL Idle field in System > Enterprise Parameters to the web server.
Can I use the CCM as WEB server?? If No can use Unity??

You CANNOT load anything to CCM into the tomcat folders, you DO NEED a separate web server to host the files

Yes, you can use this but make sure web services should be running,
