my setup is as follows

IP phone ----UCM6.1.3---h323---2811 with E1 card -----Nortel61c

My configs are as attached.

i can make calls from nortel to Cisco and the calling name displays. However i cannot make calls from cisco to nortel, the nortel phone just flashes and i get a busy tone on cisco phone, the debugs also shows "Cause i = 0x82D8 - Incompatible destination". the debugs for q931 are attached. I had also made the same configuration using MGCP but there was no calling name display on Nortel phones.
