Caller id not shown for outgoing calls in CME

I have a CME in which 20 ip phones connected, my issue is that calles are not showing the Caller Id of the originating phone,It is only showing my pilot number for all the calls

IP Phone---CME---Mobile Number

I am not getting the originating ephone number instead getting the pilot nummber.

What do you mean you are seeing the "pilot number" ?

IF you telnet to the router, enable "debug ISDN q931" and terminal monitor and make an outgoing call, you will see the call detail.

Check the "Calling number" detail on the call in question. If this shows the number you want to be shown then it could be the E1 provider replacing the calling number digits on your behalf.

If it doesnt show the number you want, it could be being modified by a translation outgoing. Check your dial peer for any commands relating to translations and tie these up with the translations at the top of the config.

These can be a little confusing if your not used to them so if you post the patterns themselves we can help decode them for you.
