CUCM 5.3 rebooted automatically

Hi,

My SUB of version 5.3b(c) rebooted automatically. I don't know the reason. Can anyone help me how to check RCA for the reboot? Is there any log saved somewhere on CUCM so that I can capture it and analyze for the root caused.

You would need to look at the app log and SDI traces in order to determine root cause, i would suggest you reach TAC


BTW, if you don't have the info at the required level to log the errors there is now way to determine root cause.
